Meeting me is easy up here in Khao Yai. I live here for many years and know the area very well. You are welcome to call me in our opening hours Tuesday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00, weekends and holidays 10:00 to 16:00 to arrange for a meeting. Please make sure to arrange a few days in advance.

 

Our meetings are always casual, no obligations and free of charge in Khao Yai. If you need to meet us outside Khao Yai, we charge an upfront fee for our time and transport depending on your location.

 

Kindly note that we only accept properties for sale and rent that we visit our self – in order to offer the best service for both property owners and property seekers.

 

We speak both English and Thai.

 

เราพำนักอาศัยอยู่ที่เขาใหญ่มาหลายปี จึงทำให้เราชำนาญในพื้นที่เป็นอย่างดี จึงเป็นการง่ายที่จะพบปะนัดเจอกับเราที่เขาใหญ่ ท่านสามารถติดต่อเราเพื่อทำการนัดหมายล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2-3 วันได้ในเวลาทำการ วันอังคาร-วันศุกร์ 10.00-19.00 น.วันหยุด,วันนักขัตกฤษ์ 10.00-16.00 น.

 

การพบปะนัดเจอกับเรานั้นเป็นแบบกันเอง ไม่มีข้อผูกมัดหรือค่าใช้จ่าย ถ้านัดเจอกันในพื้นที่เขาใหญ่ แต่ถ้าต้องการพบปะกับเรานอกพื้นที่ เราขอคิดค่าบริการล่วงหน้า ตามระยะทางที่นัดเจอ

 

โปรดทราบ ทรัพย์สินที่ต้องการขายหรือให้เช่านั้น เราขออนุญาตไปสำรวจที่ตั้งและตัวทรัพย์สิน เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันของทุกฝ่าย ทั้งเจ้าของทรัพย์และผู้มองหาทรัพย์
